Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions:

• "Platform" means the wing4d website accessible at https://wing4d.cam and any associated mobile or desktop applications.
• "Player" / "Member" means any individual who has successfully registered an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account held on the Platform, through which all transactions and betting activity are conducted.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a player's account, including both deposited funds and credited bonus amounts (where separately identified).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonuses credited to an account that are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under our compliance obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "IDR" / "Rupiah" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which the Platform operates.

Eligibility

2. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
3. You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling platform or compulsive gambling register.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, director, officer, or agent of wing4d or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, or partner organizations.
5. You must not be acting on behalf of another person, business, or legal entity when registering or operating an account.
6. Your use of the Platform must comply with all applicable laws and regulations within your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing online gaming services is not prohibited under the laws governing your location.

wing4d reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily demonstrated.

Account Registration

To access the full range of products and services on the wing4d Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — including under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, address, email address, and phone number — must be accurate, current, and truthful. wing4d is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the player.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify wing4d support immediately via live chat.
• Account Non-Transferability: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise make available your account or account credentials to any third party.
• Registration Accuracy Updates: If any of your registered details change, you are obligated to update them promptly through your account profile or by contacting support. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in account restrictions.

Identity Verification (KYC)

wing4d is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) as part of its compliance obligations under its international gaming license. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request can be processed and may be requested at any time at wing4d's discretion.

Required KYC documents typically include, but are not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian National Identity Card — KTP, or passport).
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of the relevant BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or e-wallet account bearing the same name as the registered account).

wing4d will process KYC submissions within 24–48 hours during standard business days (WIB). Accounts pending KYC verification may continue to place bets but withdrawals will be held until verification is complete. wing4d reserves the right to suspend betting activity during an active KYC review if fraud indicators are present.

All KYC data is handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

wing4d accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your account. wing4d does not charge platform-side fees on deposits; however, third-party financial service fees may apply at the discretion of your bank or e-wallet provider.

Deposits made during Indonesian banking hours (approximately 08:00–21:00 WIB, Monday–Saturday) are typically credited within five (5) minutes. wing4d is not responsible for delays caused by bank processing schedules, system maintenance windows, or public holidays including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and other national public holidays during which banking systems may operate on reduced capacity.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of request. Processing times for withdrawals are typically within 1–24 hours for verified accounts, subject to the availability of the receiving financial institution.

wing4d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players may only withdraw to accounts or e-wallets registered in their own verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strict ly prohibited.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the wing4d Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). wing4d does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the player and will be subject to rates set by the relevant financial institution.

Bonuses & Promotions

wing4d offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and free bet credits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, fully verified players only. wing4d reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash in any circumstance prior to the satisfaction of wagering requirements.
• wing4d reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus credits not yet subject to a completed wagering cycle at the time of cancellation may be removed from the player's account.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to exploiting low-margin games to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, coordinated bonus farming across multiple accounts, or reverse-engineering promotional mechanics — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Winnings generated exclusively from bonus funds (prior to wagering requirement completion) are classified as bonus funds and are not withdrawable until requirements are met.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live-dealer games, and slot activity on the wing4d Platform is governed by the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules published within the relevant game interface:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, altered, or reversed after acceptance by the Platform, except in circumstances where wing4d exercises its discretion due to obvious technical error or manifest pricing mistake.
• wing4d reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human input mistake. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
• For sports betting markets, results are determined based on official scores and results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for football; BWF for badminton). In the event of a dispute, the Platform's determination is final.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, event, and player account status.
• wing4d reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet, accumulator, or series of related bets. Maximum payout limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting market interface.
• In the event of connectivity interruption during a live game session, wing4d's server-side records are the authoritative record of all bets placed and game outcomes. Players should ensure they have a stable internet connection before placing bets.
• Odds on sports markets are subject to change up to the moment of bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds applied to your wager.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wing4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to the relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to access, interact with, or place bets on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity.
• Engaging in coordinated bonus abuse, arbitrage strategies designed to guarantee profit across multiple platforms simultaneously, or any pattern of play identified as professional advantage play.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wing4d staff, support agents, or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, account restriction, or responsible gaming tool implemented on the account.

Responsible Gaming

wing4d is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player community. We provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain healthy control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, limits cannot be increased until a mandatory cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session durations, after which the system will automatically log the player out.
• Loss Limits: Players may set the maximum amount they are prepared to lose within a specified period. Bets that would cause this threshold to be exceeded will be declined.

All content on the wing4d Platform — including but not limited to the wing4d brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of wing4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorization from wing4d.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any Platform software.

• Use wing4d's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial or promotional context without explicit written consent.

Any unauthorized use of wing4d's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wing4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own betting decisions.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond wing4d's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game outcomes, or promotional information resulting from technical error, provided that wing4d takes reasonable corrective action upon discovery.
• Decisions made by sports governing bodies, referees, or officials that affect the outcome of events on which bets have been placed.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wing4d makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit wing4d's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Suspension & Termination

wing4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if:

• The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player's account is associated with fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• The player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• wing4d is required to do so under any applicable law, regulation, court order, or directive from a competent authority.
• The player provides false information at any stage of the account lifecycle.

Upon account closure for cause, wing4d reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance in the account pending the outcome of any investigation. Where account closure is not due to player breach (e.g., the player voluntarily closes their account), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact the 24/7 support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours of receipt.

Privacy & Data

wing4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

Amendments

wing4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, wing4d will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to active players via email or an in-platform notification. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure via the support team.

The version of the Terms in force at the time any dispute arises shall govern the resolution of that dispute, except where a more recent version expressly supersedes it.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wing4d holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitral institution designated by wing4d's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents wing4d from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or any other rights for which monetary compensation would be an inadequate remedy.

Players who access the Platform from Indonesia do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. wing4d makes no representation that the Platform or its contents are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.
